On May 18, 1994 Eng. Mitko Stoyanov, together with his two children and his spouse, established the foundation of Stabil Engineering Ltd. Thanks to their stable experience, unceasing enthusiasm and unreserved support, they succeeded to turn 2 rooms on Bulair Street, into Stabil-Engineering JSC (Stabile Group) - a joint-stock company with more than 150 employees.
Stabil Group is a full-fledged owner of six subsidiaries: Stabil Agro Trade Ltd., Stabil Engineering Product Identification and Inspection Ltd., Stabilineering - Alfa Ltd., PlexiStab Bulgaria JSC, HydrostaB Ltd and Interstab Ltd.

The company was born in the year of 2000 as a result of a cooperation between Plexaco, Greece - world’s leading PVC hose producer at the time and Stabil Engineering, Bulgaria – a young but very fast-growing family business. Working together with Plexaco, we have learned from the best. This partnership brought together knowledge of technology and production, with technical skills and management experience, which helps us now in order to ensure the high quality of our hoses.
Over the years, along with the development of the company came different opportunities. We all had tireless desire and patience to learn. We dedicated a lot of time, enthusiasm and hard work, to the “project” Plexistab Bulgaria. As a result, we built a strong technical and production team, which now ensures us a rapid future development.
In 2012, following a number of changes, Stabil Engineering became the sole owner of Plexistab Bulgaria. In addition, Plexistab joined Stabil Group – a family holding, which includes six companies with diversified activities, presented in the local and international markets, but initially united by true family values and morals.
Today, Plexistab Bulgaria is the owner of 10 000 m² industrial land and 3140 m² modern buildings, which are specially designed and built for production and warehouse of PVC reinforced hoses. The production capacity of the enterprise reaches 3500t/year, and 91% of the production is being exported worldwide.
