“Plexistab Bulgaria” is a leading manufacturer of PVC hoses in Eastern Europe, exporting its products to more than 25 countries across 4 continents.
The company has been operating since 2000, starting its activity in partnership with the Greek manufacturer Plexaco – a pioneer in PVC hose production – and Stabil Engineering, a fast-growing Bulgarian company. Since 2012, “Plexistab Bulgaria” has been a fully Bulgarian family-owned company and part of the Stabil Group holding.
It proudly operates on the global market, continuously introducing its products and further developing its business. Over the past 20+ years, Plexistab has built strong and sustainable relationships with its partners and customers, which has always been its focus and mission.

Our LEAN Production
Plexistab operates two production facilities, each equipped with specialized machinery for the manufacturing of PVC hoses. The company invests in the development of its specialists and follows the LEAN production methodology in order to achieve higher efficiency and product quality.
Each year, Plexistab invests in new equipment to increase productivity and introduce innovative solutions to the market.

BulFlex PVC hoses reinforced with a PVC spiral
The BulFlex series consists of PVC hoses with a dual-layer structure made of soft PVC and a rigid PVC spiral reinforcement. They are available in more than 10 variants and in sizes ranging from 19 mm to 152 mm in diameter.
They are used in agriculture, industry, the food sector, and in the construction of ventilation, climate control, and vacuum systems.
BulFlat BulFlat PVC dual-layer layflat hoses
The BulFlat series consists of layflat PVC hoses with a structure of two layers of soft PVC on the inner and outer surfaces, reinforced with a polyester braid between them. They are available in several variants and in sizes ranging from 25 mm to 203 mm in diameter.
They are used in both light and heavy-duty applications, primarily in agriculture and construction.
BulSteel Hoses reinforced with a metal spiral
The BulSteel series consists of PVC hoses with a three-layer structure, where the outer and inner layers are made of soft PVC, and the middle layer is reinforced with steel wire. They are available in sizes ranging from 19 mm to 102 mm in diameter.
These hoses are specifically designed for use in the food and beverage industry for the transfer of milk, juices, syrups, carbonated water, and other food liquids, but they are also used in agricultural and industrial machinery applications.
BulVyl PVC hoses reinforced with a polyester spiral
The BulVyl series consists of PVC hoses with a three-layer structure, where the outer and inner layers are made of soft PVC and the middle layer is reinforced with a polyester braid. They are available in several variants and in sizes ranging from 6 mm to 51 mm in diameter.
They are used in agriculture, gardening, and floriculture, as well as in certain industrial applications, including the suction and transfer of compressed air and high-pressure liquids in hydraulic systems, sprayers, and pressure washers.
