Stabil Talents: Gloria Rudova on the journey from the first challenges to growing confidence within the team

Gloria Rudova has been part of the Stabil Engineering team for one year. She describes her first months as dynamic, productive and full of new projects, but behind these words there is also a great deal of learning, adaptation and teamwork.

As a Sales Support Specialist, she is one of the people who help processes run more smoothly by handling customer inquiries and preparing offers to coordinating between departments and keeping track of deadlines. In addition to her daily work with the sales team, Gloria is also involved in initiatives such as StabilX™ and Manufacture This!, which have given her a broader perspective on the way Stabil Engineering works with its customers.

In this interview, she talks about her first year in the company, the challenges she faced in the beginning, the support she received from her colleagues, and the lesson she will remember most strongly that goals are achievable when you have the right people by your side.

Hello, Gloria. You have now been part of the Stabil Engineering team for one year. How would you describe this first year in just a few words?

Dynamic, inspiring and productive. My first year in the company passed very quickly and was filled with interesting projects.

The role of a Sales Support Specialist often remains “behind the scenes”, yet it is very important to the entire sales process. How would you explain your work to someone who is not familiar with it?

The role of a Sales Support Specialist is diverse and dynamic. It involves supporting the team in its daily activities from processing customer inquiries and preparing offers to assist with analyses, coordinating communication between departments and monitoring deadlines.

Stabil Engineering works with industrial solutions and complex customer projects. What was the most challenging part for you in the beginning?

The complex and extensive product range was a challenge during the first months. However, with motivation, training and support from the team, I was able to successfully get into the workflow.

Part of your work is also related to supporting various internal and external projects. What does participate in such initiatives, outside your daily sales tasks, give you?

Outside my daily sales tasks, I often support the Marketing team in various communication and organizational initiatives for Stabil Engineering. Participating in these projects brings me great satisfaction, as it allows me to combine creative thinking with my organizational skills and to see the company from a different perspective.

One of the projects you supported was StabilX™ – Stabil Engineering’s customer partnership model. What made this project interesting for you?

StabilX™ is an innovative model focused on the customer and on building successful partnerships with them. Together with the team, we worked to present the full customer experience from the initial contact, through the tailored solution, to strategic growth.

What I found most interesting were the internal discussions and the way each individual stage was illustrated. I highly value companies that are customer-oriented and constantly strive to improve their products and services. Stabil Engineering is exactly such a company.

StabilX™ presents the way the company works with its customers. What did it help you understand about Stabil Engineering’s philosophy?

My involvement in the project helped me see that, for Stabil Engineering, the customer is not just a buyer, but a long-term partner. The company’s philosophy is built around trust, transparency and the commitment to offering not simply a product, but a tailored and effective solution. This showed me in practice that the company’s values are not just words quality and is truly embedded in every detail.

You were also involved in the organization of Manufacture This! – a webinar that brings together expertise, partnership and current topics for manufacturers. In your opinion, what makes this format valuable for Stabil Engineering’s customers and partners?

Manufacture This!, initiated by our Sales Director Ivan Bondokov, brings great value to our customers and partners. What makes this format valuable is that it is not just a presentation, but a real-time exchange of experience. By bringing together leading specialists, we provide manufacturers with information and best practices related to some of the most current challenges in the industry, while also giving them the opportunity for an open online dialogue. The webinar is free of charge, and anyone interested can join.

How has your involvement in such projects changed your view of Stabil Engineering’s work?

These initiatives helped me see our work in a broader context. We do not simply offer equipment – we build long-term partnerships and strive to create value for manufacturers.

What is the most valuable lesson you took from your first year at Stabil Engineering?

The most valuable lesson for me is that there are no unachievable goals when you have the right support.

What do you expect from your next year in the company?

In the year ahead, I expect to build on the knowledge I have gained and to become even more useful and effective in supporting the sales team. I look forward to a year filled with new successful partnerships and projects.

How would you complete the sentence: “For me, Stabil Engineering is a place where…”?

For me, Stabil Engineering is a team of proven specialists whose support you can always rely on.
